This is a full day immersion into creative flow, into play, into sound, into community and into the depths of your heart as you express your soul through voice and songwriting. At the end of the day, you will have a song / mantra that you have written, with the invitation to share it that evening as we expand the container, inviting our tribe, family, friends and loved ones to our ceremonial style house concert.

We will open in sacred circle with a cacao ceremony as we drop deep into our hearts, setting our intentions for the day, and coming deep into our hearts with full presence.

From there we will explore different modalities to move through any blocks and fears around expressing yourself, through different embodiment practises and activities as we bring any fears out of the shadows in a playful manner.
It may be edgy. It will expansive, ancient and a whole lot of fun.

Once we are deeply in tune with our hearts and in flow with our creativity, we will master the art of authentic expression through creating your intentional spell song.

This immersion is for anyone who has a desire to express themselves more through sound, song and voice.

Journeying through the entire process of what it means to create from a genuine heart felt space, articulating it and then expressing it in your own soul song, and then being witnessed and celebrated in your true creative expression.
