This is for anyone who desires more freedom in singing, performing, talking, speaking up, writing or being heard in your authentic expression.

In this full day immersion, we will meet ourselves where we are and find our way into our truest expression. There will be depth, truth and play.

I will guide you to meet yourself and tune into your own body to find any blocks to your expression so you can soften any resistance and open your voice.

We will explore our sound through solo, partnered and group activities to discover Your Unique Voice.
